Sui Generis ensures the dissemination of the works that are communicated to the Association. In order to carry out this mission in the best conditions, the author transfers to the association the right to reproduce, publish and exploit the work. Subject to the respect of the moral right of the author, they give the right of reproduction and graphic adaptation, the right of translation, the right of communication and representation. These last operations are carried out with the agreement of the author.

The present work is carried out within the framework of the pursuit of the object of the association towards its members. The regime established here is valid from the moment a publication is offered during the period in which the author is up to date with his membership fees and extends for an unlimited period. The publication of non-member authors will have to be done through the conclusion of a specific contract.

The implementation of this system is conditioned by the validation of the Scientific Council.
